As you dive into the summer holidays take these precautions to stop it turning out to be the "holiday from hell!"

- If you are going abroad check out the local laws - just because it's legal in Britain doesn't mean it will be where you are going!

- Vinegar helps relieve the pain of a jelly fish sting (as a precaution take one of those small vinegar sachets you get at cafes to the beach in your 1st Aid kit) .
- Never swim in rivers or lakes unless there is a marked off swimming area as several young people drown every year by swimming in dangerous places.
- If you go out somewhere make sure that you tell someone where you are going and when you expect to be back.
Conditions of entry
You must be between the ages of 11 and 19 years and live in Cambridgeshire to take part in this competition. (Proof of age may be required by the winner). - only one entry per person is permitted.
