I would like to know, if you know of any specific shops or companies that hire 15 year olds, I do not want a paper round or mowing lawns or anything like that please?

Unfortunately I am not aware of any companies that only employ 15 years old. Sometimes you do have to start with little jobs such as paper rounds, or helping in local shops like newsagents or convenience stores.
There might also be opportunities in pubs and restaurants helping out in the kitchens. The best thing is to have a think about what it is you are interested in and then look for related opportunities. For example if you are interested in cooking then helping in a restaurant may be of more interest than a paper round. If you want to work with cars or motorbikes you may be able to get a job helping in a workshop.
