Help with using Youthoria:
- When I print a page from Youthoria some of the image/text is missing along one edge - this is probably because the margin settings in your page setup are set to wide.
Try this: Click on "File", and select "page setup". In the dialogue box that appears type "6" in the left and right margin boxes.
- When I click on an Email link nothing happens or I get an error message. Do you have your computer set up for Email?
If not and you can't set it up you could sign up for an online account such as "hotmail" ( www.hotmail.com ) which can be used without having to set up email on your computer.
- I sent a feedback message to you but it hasn't appeared on the feedback page!
This is because messages sent from "Ask Ali", "Feedback" "Have your say" and "talking point" are screened for the safety of our visitors and they can take up to 48hrs to be posted (24 hrs for Ask Ali). Also if too many items are sent in we have to choose which ones to display.
- I entered a competition but have not heard anything back!
You will not receive any notification unless you have won (winners will be displayed at the end of the competition period). However you need to be sure that it was sent particularly if using a school/college computer as sometimes they block outgoing messages see our information page
- I find the text too small to see comfortably.
Click on the text "+" symbol at the top of the page next to the search box.
