Rape
If you have been raped or sexually assaulted you will have all sorts of things going around in your head but the most important thing is to get help straight away.
The best thing is to call the Police immediately on 999 but if for any reason you can't do this at least make sure you get medical help by going to the nearest hospital Accident and Emergency department.
Volunteers from your nearest Rape Crisis Centre or Victim Support are trained to give information and offer support and they can come with you to the police station if you feel able to report the incident.
