You will be working for a fast growing local company that specialises in the supply of adhesive tapes/security labels and performance stage floors to the entertainment and other industries. The main purpose of the role is to provide effective and efficient customer service calls with the ability to cross sell and deal with any issue should they arise. The role will include these tasks: Calling customers once they have received their goods and checking that all is as they ordered and they are 100% happy with the Le Mark service. Before making these call, familiarising yourself with what the customer had ordered by going through their account on Merlin. If customers have not received stock then requesting proof of delivery documents to ensure that orders have been safely received enabling the Company to manage delivery queries effectively. Keeping accurate records on Merlin so that colleagues can access up to date information. Communicate effectively across all departments involved in the sales process. Answer customer support messages via telephone or web promptly to enhance the customer experience. Patiently listen to customers and connect them with the appropriate department to address their needs. Work with management to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customers. Address customer questions about new products, services, promotions and sales. Use telephone to reach out to customers and verify account information. Follow up sales proforma and quotes via email and telephone. Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addressed and phone numbers. Provide cover and support for colleagues when needed.

The main purpose of the role will be to assist the busy Purchasing function in Le Mark, handling administrative tasks with the opportunity to learn and develop a career in Purchasing. This role will involve carrying out administrative tasks in the Purchasing department such as: On a regular basis throughout the day the running of the minimum requirements report to show stock movements. On a daily basis, liaising with suppliers regarding stock required, ensuring that best prices are achieved. Entering orders on the inhouse computer system using correct data and returning for checking and filing in relevant folders. Searching and administering purchases of non-stock items. Ensuring that delivery information is kept up to date and available to relevant staff. Taking responsibility for daily checking of orders for confirmations and requesting updates from suppliers if necessary. Carrying out regular checks on all stationery products/products used inhouse and reorder when stocks are low. Checking the system to ensure that deliveries have been booked on and matching paperwork together to keep all records up to date and enable an accurate picture of what stock has been delivered. General office administration, including filing. Answering general queries and replying to the sales team regarding their enquiries in a timely manner. Accurately entering data on the inhouse computer system.

Working within the Arts and Entertainment Industry to supply Performance flooring for TV Shows, Event and Concerts. This role is responsible for carrying out sales administration such as: Processing and overseeing despatch of all flooring orders with accuracy and attention to detail to ensure that all customers receive the correct goods to the correct address. Working within the Arts and Entertainment Industry to process orders urgently and on demand for TV Studios and Production Companies. Overseeing and dealing with all paperwork relating to wood flooring projects, liaising with all parties involved from suppliers to fitters as well as customers. Dealing with some regular customers to build good working relationships. Keeping track of all flooring installs and update diaries for bookings. Liaising with suppliers to ensure materials are due to arrive on time.
