Being Bullied?
If you are being bullied the most important thing is to tell an adult you trust about it. This could be your parents, a teacher, or a youth worker.
If the first adult you talk to doesn't do anything speak to someone else.
Write down what is happening to you so you can show the person you talk to.
If you need to speak to someone straight away call Childline free on 0800 1111 or if you prefer have an online chat with a counsellor.
You can use our own Ask Ali page to ask for advice and get a reply within 24 hours
